Elizabeth Harcourt was absolutely amazing with my 7 year old daughter who had hurt her toe skateboarding and it had become infected.
My daughter, River, needed antibiotics for the infection and a topical cream to help as well.
River was really upset about having to have the antibiotics as they dont taste very nice at all, but Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful with her. She stopped crying instantly and has been using her cream and taking the antibiotics straight away because of her talking her through it and giving her brilliant tips on how to take the medicine as quickly as possible!

Elizabeth is in quite a small room upstairs, it would be lovely if she was downstairs to make it easier to get to her and so the rooms not as hot.

Although the consultation was satisfactory, I wasn’t made aware that the practitioner was not a GP. I was lead to believe that the medication I was being prescribed would be sent to the local pharmacy. I attended the pharmacy where there was no prescription. When I contacted the GP reception this is when it was explained that the practitioner I seen wasn’t a GP and unable to prescribe and my prescription was waiting to be signed by a GP but they was unable to say when this would be.

Made it clear that the practitioner was not a GP and was unable to prescribe medication and that a GP who had not examined me would be prescribing the medication causing a delay. This would have prevented confusion and wasting time at local pharmacy and calling GP to chase prescription

Poor

Nuse made me feel like I was wasting their time and felt judgements and uncaring

Some empathy would be appreciated and just to understand what someone may be going through even if you don’t understand yourself

The Enderby medical have always been very caring and always done there best for me .
