Some of the comments provided were as follows:
- Thorough appointment and issues were taken seriously
- Felt listened to and actions taken
- Attentive caring and reassuring
- Firstly the receptionist on her shift was as lovely as usual. Never met the doctor before but she was really nice.
- Excellent examination and advice from Dr Khan .She listened carefully and made me feel at ease.
- Politeness and thorough as usual
- Good choices of appointments. Friendly Dr whom I felt listened and asked me twice if there was anything else she could help with.
- Very pleasant treated me with lots of respect, showed concern. Was informative.
- Maybe an email reply to my request for the test, instead of just a link to book an appointment which I would of course assume is for the test to be carried out.
- There needs to be more slots available to book on the rapid health system. It’s unacceptable to have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment at your local GP, and the communication needs to be worked on. Patients should be told what type of appointment it is; otherwise they will get annoyed like myself as my time could have been further wasted.
Practice response:
Thank you to all our patients who provided feedback for the practice. We truly value each piece of feedback and use it to review our processes and enhance the patient experience.

Our Response – Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will provide further training to our Patient Services Team to ensure patients are given clear, accurate and consistent information.

Our Response – Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate how frustrating it can be when the appointment you want is not immediately available. Rapid Health triages the information patients provide on the online form and prioritises requests as red, amber, yellow or green according to urgency. Patients are then shown suitable appointments based on this assessment. We also take on board your comments regarding clearer communication about the type of appointment being booked.
