Each month Enderby Medical Centre sends out a survey via text message to a selection of patients who have used the Practice within that month.
The August survey result are below:
We received 124 responses in total

Some of the comments provided were as follows:
- Clinician was very informative and reassuring
- Seen Quickly and friendly nurse
- Staff friendly and efficient
- The follow up service is excellent
- The staff and doctors are all very good, they continue to give me excellent care
- Listen, it always seems as though you want the patient out as quickly as possible
- Picked up a care plan I knew nothing about
As a practice we take on board all feedback and use it to review processes and improve the patient experience.
