Our Medical Secretary processes all the referral letters for the Practice and works closely with the Clinicians to ensure your referrals are being sent to the most appropriate outside agency (hospital, service etc).
Patient Services Advisors
Patient Services Advisors provide an important link for patients with the practice, and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They provide basic information on services, results and help direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. The Patient Services team make most of the appointments with the Clinical team. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing prescriptions, dealing with prescription queries and much more.
