Appointments

All surgeries are by appointment and can be made:

• online (you will need an online account, please speak to our reception staff)
• in person at reception
• over the phone

A routine appointment will normally be offered within 48 hours, provided the Doctor is not absent.

Consultations will normally commence on time but we will inform you if your appointment is unavoidably delayed.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know so that we can offer it to another patient.

All online face-to-face appointments have now been changed to  'online telephone appointments.  A clinician will call you to discuss your problem.  Please provide an up to date telephone number.  Thank you

Chaperone

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP at the time of the appointment.
